Get in touch or find answers to common questions about your visit to the Lost Shtetl Museum

The Museum is open to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Monday is a day off. Museum visits, as well as educational activities, are free of charge, but visitors must book free tickets in advance for both individual and group visits. Once the reservation is confirmed by the museum staff, visitors will receive an email containing their free ticket.

Everything you should know about coming to the museum.

  • Yes, admission is free, as well as other services, such as guided tours and educational activities. Please remember that you must reserve your free ticket in advance.

  • To ensure the best experience for our visitors, we limit the number of individual visitors per timeslot to 30 people. Larger groups will be divided into smaller units, so please indicate the number of visitors when reserving your free ticket.

  • We understand that plans change, and we appreciate you letting us know. You can reschedule your visit or change the date for a group tour by contacting us at museum@lostshtetl.com.

  • Yes, children are welcome! We have a special family pack to make visits with minors more engaging. You can claim it for free at Reception. Please note that certain galleries contain sensitive content. We recommend visiting the Holocaust gallery from age 12 and up.

  • Visitors are allowed to take personal photos and videos at the museum. However, for professional photography, please contact Reception.

  • The Lost Shtetl Memorial Park and Walk are open to visitors free of charge. The park is open from 9 AM to 6 PM from October to April, and from 9 AM to 8 PM from May to September.
