Located on the western edge of Radviliškis district in the area known as Šiaulės land, this 21-meter-high tower stands among hills. From the top, visitors can enjoy scenic views of the Šiaulėnai and Šaukotas surroundings. Nearby, there is a nature trail leading to the Kudinių Hillfort, also called Šiaulės Hill.
